Who can participate in the contest?

Anyone can participate! We welcome individuals, teams, businesses, government agencies, and organizations of all ages and backgrounds.

How do I register for the contest?

To register, fill out the JotForm and complete the registration form.

What materials can I use to decorate the bra?

You can use any materials you like, including fabric paint, sequins, beads, ribbons, and more. The only limit is your imagination. We encourage creativity, but please ensure that your design is tasteful and respectful, keeping in mind the sensitive nature of the cause.

Are there any size or type restrictions on the bras?

You can decorate any size or type of bra, from standard to sports bras, as long as it fits the theme of breast cancer awareness.

Does BayCare supply the bras to decorate?

We do not provide bras for the contest. You are welcome to create a bra from any materials you choose—you don't need to use an actual bra. Let your creativity guide you! In the past, participants have used bras purchased from retail and second-hand stores.

Can I submit more than one bra?

Yes, participants are welcome to submit multiple entries. Each bra will require a separate registration.

When is the submission deadline?

The submission deadline is September 13th. Please ensure you email a picture of your finished design to: jessica.winkel@baycareclinic.com along with your description of the design and what inspired you.

How will the bras be judged?

Bras will be judged on creativity, originality, adherence to the theme, and overall design.

Are there any prizes?

Yes! Prizes will be awarded in various categories. Dr. Adamson, Dr. Gonzaga, Dr. Luehmann, Dr. O’Connor, and Michelle Melby will each choose their favorite design. Additionally, we will have prizes for an online favorite and an in-person favorite. We also include a gift for each winner.

Will there be an exhibition of the decorated bras?

Absolutely! All decorated bras will be featured online for voting, also we will display at our fundraising event. Voting for in-person favorite will take place at the event.

What should I do with my decorated bra after the event?

You can take your bra home at the end of the night. We will have bags available on-site for your convenience.
