Video Visits

What is a video visit?

A video visit provides a secure way for BayCare Clinic providers to serve their patients virtually. Video visits connect patients and providers who are not in the same location.

Please contact your provider's office to see whether a video visit is right for you.

If you’ve been scheduled for a video visit, connect remotely with your BayCare Clinic provider using your myChart a.k.a. myBayCare or LiveWell account. 

Preparing for a video visit

1. Sign in to myChart (myBayCare or LiveWell)
   About 15 minutes before your appointment time, sign in and select Visits in the menu.
2. Find your video visit appointment
   Select Details and complete PreCheck-In, found in the details for your visit.
3. Begin your video visit
   Select Begin Visit at your visit time and wait for your provider to join. Please allow up to 30 minutes for your provider to join. Once you’re done meeting with your provider, select Leave Meeting.
4. View your after-visit summary
   Details on your visit and a note from your provider can be viewed under Visits.
