About Richard Harrison, MD

A board-certified Neurosurgeon with BayCare Clinic since its inception, Dr. Richard Harrison has practiced general neurosurgery in Green Bay since 1996. He has a special interest in disc replacement surgery. After receiving his medical degree from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center, Dr. Harrison completed his Neurological Surgery Residency at Loyola University, Chicago, IL, and a Fellowship in skull base surgery at the National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery in London, UK. As an active member of the American Association of Neurological Surgeons, he has presented at various national meetings on the subjects of spine and brain surgery. Dr. Harrison is also a member of the Brown County Medical Society, Wisconsin Medical Society, and the Congress of Neurological Surgeons. Dr. Harrison was recently honorably discharged from the U.S. Army Reserves-Medical Corp after being active since 1989.

Dr. Harrison is an avid pilot and enjoys skiing and being with his family.
